The Most Religious States tend to be the Most Free

This is a follow on to What are the Most and Least Bible Centered Cities.  I found this at Glenn Beck’s The Blaze.com.  The Article “These are the 10 Most (and Least) Religious States in America.”

Turns out that the most religious states tend to correlate with the states that tend to have the more on average amounts of economic freedom and growth:

While the least religious states tend to have the lowest on average amounts of religious freedom and growth.

The bottom line is it appears that those who consider themselves religious tend to at least attempt to follow God’s Commandments of

Though Shalt Not Steal
Though Shalt Not Covet your neighbor’s property
